By scheduling a session, the client hereby assigns The Fern Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The client releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.

The final postproduction and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of The Fern Photography.

It is asked to refrain from editing and/or altering any image provided by the photographer. This includes but is not limited to using filters, adjusting brightness, contrast, saturation, etc. By agreeing to book a session, the client gains the unlimited right to post, share, and print the image(s) for personal use only.
